American Chop Suey

Ingridents:


1/2 cup Cabbage 3-4 French beans(slantly)
1 Capsicum (Long strips) 1/2 Carrot(Long strips)
1 Onion (Round rings) 2 1/2 cup Boiled Noddles
Salt to taste 4 tlsp. Vinegar
50 gms. Sugar 1 cup Water
2 tlsp. Cornflour 4 tlsp. ketchup
2 tlsp oil 3-4 Garlic
Method:
  • Divide the Boiled noodles in 4 parts and deep fry 3 parts.
  • Take a oil in a pan fry Onions, garlic paste & add French beans, Carrot and cook it well.
  • Then add Capsicum, Cabbage, Salt in it & cook it till it tendees.
  • Now keep it aside and prepare a sauce in a pan.
  • Put Vinegar, Sugar, Water, Cornflour, ketchup, Soy sauce in a pan & cook it till it gets thicks.
  • Now add 1 part of Noddles in it & saute it well.
  • Finally add vegaetables to sauce material.
  • Put fried noodles in a bowl and pour the above prepared mixture over it & serve hot.

Sweet & Sour Vegetable

Ingridents:

Step I:
1 Carrot, Capsicum(Round slices)
6-7 French Beans(Slantly)
3/4 Cauliflower, Cabbage
2 Oninons(Round slices)

Step II: For Sauce
125 ml Vinegar
90 gms. Sugar
2 Cups Water
3 tlsp. Cornflour
6 tlsp. Tomato Ketchup
8-9 Garlic (Grated)
5-6 Green chillies (Grated)
1 tsp Soy Sauce

Method:
  • Take oil in a pan light brown Onions then Carrot, French Beans, Cauliflower & Cook it till it tendees.
  • Now add Capsicum, Cabbage, Salt & saute it well.
  • Now Switch off the gas, in another pan prepare sauce material for it.
  • In a pan add Water, Sugar, Cornflour disslove it well and then add Vinegar, Green chillies, ketchup, Garlic, Soy Sauce & cook it till it gets thicks.
  • Add Vegtables to this sauce material and cook it for 4-5 mins.
  • Serve Hot.

Minestrone Soup

Ingridents

1 Small Carrot, 1 Onion (finely cut)
3 French beans (finely cut)
5 Tomatoes (Blenched)
2 tsp Cornflour
2 tsp Butter
2 tlsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp Oregano
2 1/2 cup Water
Grated Processed chesse
Boiled Noddles
Salt & Pepper to taste
Corriander Leaves

Method:
  • Melt butter in a pan & Fry Onion, Carrot, French Beans in it for 4-5 mins.
  • Add Tomatoes, Ketchup, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Cornflour(Disslove it in cold Water) & cook it for 8-9 mins.
  • Now add Boiled Noddles in it and cook it for few mins.
  • Add Grated Chesse, Chopped Corriander Leaves or Parsley & serve hot.

Veg. Augrata

Ingredients:


3/4 cup Boiled corns
1 cup Boiled Macroni
11/2 cup Boiled Carrot, Green peas, french Beans,Cauliflower
1 Chopped Capsicum
2 Slices of tined Pineapple
4 Tomatoes (Blenched)
1 tsp Red chilli pwd.
Salt to taste
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 cup white sauce


For white Sauce:
2 tsp. Cornflour
2 tsp. Butter
1 cup Milk
Salt & White pepper to taste


Method:
  • Melt Butter in a pan and add Cornflour & light brown it.
  • Add Milk, Salt and white pepper till it get thicks.
  • Now keep this White Sauce aside.
  • In a pan add oil, Tomatoes, Ketchup, Capsicum, Salt, Pepper and cook it.
  • Now add boiled all Vegetables, Corns, Chopped Pineapple & white Sauce in it.
  • Spread it in Baking Dish & sprinkle processed chesse on it.
  • Bake it in hot oven for 9-10 mins (250 degrees) till golden brown.

Garlic Bread

Ingredients


5-6 Bread slices
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
5-6 tsp Melted Amul Butter
Kassori meethi to Sprinkle


Method:
  • Melt Butter in a pan and add Garlic to it & mix it well.
  • Pour this paste on both sides of bread.
  • Sprinkle kasoori meethi on it.
  • Bake it for 5-6 min (150 degrees) & serve hot.

Chilli Cheese

Ingridents
200 gms. Panner         1/4 cup Water
1 Big Capsicum 1/2 tsp.Cornflour
2 Onions 1/2 tsp.Red chilli pwd.
5 tsp.Maida 2 tlsp.Chilli sauce
1 tlsp.Soy sauce Tomato ketchup
Salt to taste Pinch Orange colour
Method:
  • Cut Paneer into square pieces & rub orange colour on it.
  • Cut Onion, Capsicum into long slices .
  • In a Bowl add Maida, 1/2 tsp Soy sauce, Salt, Water & make a thick paste and rub this paste on orange coloured paneer & leave it for half an hour.
  • After half an hour, Fry the panner in vegetable oil .
  • In a pan light brown Onion, add Capsicum & cook it well.
  • Add Cornflour, 1/2 tsp. Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Red chilli pwd., Tomato ketchup, salt.
  • Finally add paneer & serve hot.

Pasta

Ingredients:

Step 1:

1 pkt. Pasta               5 tlsp. Cream
1 Carrot (boiled) 4 tlsp. Chilli sauce
6 French beans (boiled) 4 tlsp. Ketchup
1 Capsicum (long slices) 1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 Cup Corns (boiled) 1/2 tsp Salt
2 Onions (long slices) 1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tlsp. Butter 1/2 tsp white pepper

Step 2: (Chesse sauce)
6 tsp. Processed chesse
30 ml Water
1 tsp. Cornflour

Method:

  • Heat butter & oil together, cook onion to light brown.
    • Add Capsicum, French beans, Corns and saute it well.
    • Add Cream, Chilli sauce, ketchup, Salt, White pepper, Black pepper and boiled pasta in it.
  • Now in separte pan prepare a cheese sauce to add in above material.
    • In cold milk add grated chesse & cook on slow flame (till chesse melts).
    • Add cornflour disslove in water & cook it (till it gets thicks).
    • Turn off the gas and add in above prepared material.
  • Mix it well & serve hot.

Onion Capsicum Pizza

Ingredients:


Step1:(For Topping)
2 Pizza base
2 Onions
4 Tomatoes (blanched)
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt & white pepper to taste
2 tsp butter

Step 2:(Granishing)
2 Capsicum
Red chilli powder
Pizza chesse(Processed)
Ketchup
Oregano

Method:

  • Melt butter in a pan & Cook onion to light brown it.
  • Add Blenched tomates, salt, sugar, white pepper and cook it till water dry.
  • Spread Ketchup on pizza base and apply above topping on it.
  • Finely cut capsicum & garte pizza chesse.
  • Over the topping put capsicum, sprinkle red chilli powder, grated chesse & oregano.
  • Bake it For 8-9 mins on 250 degree.

Varitions: Add Finely cut Mushroom, Paneer and Corns instead of Capsicum.

Blanching:

  • Put tomatoes in boiling water and boil it.
  • Take off the skin & churn it.

Pizza Base

Ingredients


2 cup Maida
1 tlsp Yeast
1 tlsp Oil/Butter
Water (mild warm)

Steps:

  • Dissolve yeast in 1/4th cup water.
  • Sieve maida, add 1/4th tsp salt, oil & above prepared yeast water to make a dough.
  • Now prepare a dough with mild warm water.
  • Keep it for 5-6 hrs.(so that it gets double in size).
  • Make small balls, roll it with rolling pin & prick it with the help of fork.
  • Bake it in a hot oven for 7-8 min in bottom.(150 degree Celcius)

Spring Rolls



Ingredients
Step1: (Filling material)
5-6 French beans
1 Carrot
100 gms.Cabbage(1 small bowl approx.)
1 Bowl boiled noodles
2 Spring onions
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
Salt & white pepper to taste

Step 2: (For pan cakes )
1 cup Maida
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Pinch Baking powder

Step3: (Garnishing)
1 small bowl Cabbage
1 small bowl Fried noodles
Chaat masala as per taste

Steps:

  • First mix maida,salt, water, baking powder & milk to prepare a fine paste. (Beat it well in the beater)
    • Leave it aside for 45 min.
  • Finely chop cabbage, onion,carrot & french beans.
  • Fry onion, carrot & french beans in oil and sauté it well.
    • Add cabbage, soy sauce & salt to it and mix it well.
    • Turn off the gas after 1 min.
    • Cool the vegetables and add boiled noodles in it.
  • Now take the prepared mixture of maida and grease the tava.
    • Put some mixture on tava and cook it from one side only.
    • Prepare all pancakes and add filling to the cooked side of pancake.
    • Apply paste on the corner of all pancakes to give the shape of rolls.
    • Deep fry all the pancake rolls.
  • Mix chaat masala and enjoy with slant cut cabbage & fried noodles.

Gold Coins

Ingredients

4-5 Bread slices 1 Oninon(medium size)
2 Boiled potato (samll size) 7-8 French beans
1 Carrot 3/4 Cabbage (small size)
1/2 tsp Soy sauce 3-4 Green chillies
Salt and white pepper to taste Maida (to bind)
Bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Finely chop onion & all vegetables.
  • Heat oil, cook onion to light brown. After this add carrots and french beans and saute it well.
  • Add salt, white pepper and turn off the gas.
  • Cool it & add grated boiled potato, small pieces of green chillies, cabbage, 1/2tsp soy sauce and mix it well (mixture is ready).
  • Cut the bread into round shape with the help of mould, put the above prepared mixture on it.
  • Cover with the paste of maida and sprinke bread crumbs on it & deep fry them.

You are all ready to enjoy GOLD COINs with Ketchup.

Indian Bhel puri

Ingredients

400 gms. Murmura 2 Green chilles
1 cup cucumber 3 Red chillies
1 cup Tomato 5 curry leaves
1 cup onion lal mirchi powder
50 gms. papri Rai
50gms. peanut 1 tblsp. oil




    Steps

  • Cut Cucumber, Onion, Tomato,Green chillies into small pieces.
  • Turn on the gas and put oil in the pan.
  • Add rai, Red chillies,Green chillies, Salt, mirchi, curry leaves, peanut in the oil and saute it until the peanut turns in the light brown colour.
  • Add Murmura and papri in it and saute it well.
  • Now turn off the gas and add Cucumber, Onion, Tomato in it and serve it.
