Spring Rolls



Ingredients
Step1: (Filling material)
5-6 French beans
1 Carrot
100 gms.Cabbage(1 small bowl approx.)
1 Bowl boiled noodles
2 Spring onions
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
Salt & white pepper to taste

Step 2: (For pan cakes )
1 cup Maida
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Pinch Baking powder

Step3: (Garnishing)
1 small bowl Cabbage
1 small bowl Fried noodles
Chaat masala as per taste

Steps:

  • First mix maida,salt, water, baking powder & milk to prepare a fine paste. (Beat it well in the beater)
    • Leave it aside for 45 min.
  • Finely chop cabbage, onion,carrot & french beans.
  • Fry onion, carrot & french beans in oil and sauté it well.
    • Add cabbage, soy sauce & salt to it and mix it well.
    • Turn off the gas after 1 min.
    • Cool the vegetables and add boiled noodles in it.
  • Now take the prepared mixture of maida and grease the tava.
    • Put some mixture on tava and cook it from one side only.
    • Prepare all pancakes and add filling to the cooked side of pancake.
    • Apply paste on the corner of all pancakes to give the shape of rolls.
    • Deep fry all the pancake rolls.
  • Mix chaat masala and enjoy with slant cut cabbage & fried noodles.
