Pasta

Ingredients:

Step 1:

1 pkt. Pasta               5 tlsp. Cream
1 Carrot (boiled) 4 tlsp. Chilli sauce
6 French beans (boiled) 4 tlsp. Ketchup
1 Capsicum (long slices) 1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 Cup Corns (boiled) 1/2 tsp Salt
2 Onions (long slices) 1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tlsp. Butter 1/2 tsp white pepper

Step 2: (Chesse sauce)
6 tsp. Processed chesse
30 ml Water
1 tsp. Cornflour

Method:

  • Heat butter & oil together, cook onion to light brown.
    • Add Capsicum, French beans, Corns and saute it well.
    • Add Cream, Chilli sauce, ketchup, Salt, White pepper, Black pepper and boiled pasta in it.
  • Now in separte pan prepare a cheese sauce to add in above material.
    • In cold milk add grated chesse & cook on slow flame (till chesse melts).
    • Add cornflour disslove in water & cook it (till it gets thicks).
    • Turn off the gas and add in above prepared material.
  • Mix it well & serve hot.
