Minestrone Soup

Ingridents

1 Small Carrot, 1 Onion (finely cut)
3 French beans (finely cut)
5 Tomatoes (Blenched)
2 tsp Cornflour
2 tsp Butter
2 tlsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp Oregano
2 1/2 cup Water
Grated Processed chesse
Boiled Noddles
Salt & Pepper to taste
Corriander Leaves

Method:
  • Melt butter in a pan & Fry Onion, Carrot, French Beans in it for 4-5 mins.
  • Add Tomatoes, Ketchup, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Cornflour(Disslove it in cold Water) & cook it for 8-9 mins.
  • Now add Boiled Noddles in it and cook it for few mins.
  • Add Grated Chesse, Chopped Corriander Leaves or Parsley & serve hot.
