Sweet & Sour Vegetable

Ingridents:

Step I:
1 Carrot, Capsicum(Round slices)
6-7 French Beans(Slantly)
3/4 Cauliflower, Cabbage
2 Oninons(Round slices)

Step II: For Sauce
125 ml Vinegar
90 gms. Sugar
2 Cups Water
3 tlsp. Cornflour
6 tlsp. Tomato Ketchup
8-9 Garlic (Grated)
5-6 Green chillies (Grated)
1 tsp Soy Sauce

Method:
  • Take oil in a pan light brown Onions then Carrot, French Beans, Cauliflower & Cook it till it tendees.
  • Now add Capsicum, Cabbage, Salt & saute it well.
  • Now Switch off the gas, in another pan prepare sauce material for it.
  • In a pan add Water, Sugar, Cornflour disslove it well and then add Vinegar, Green chillies, ketchup, Garlic, Soy Sauce & cook it till it gets thicks.
  • Add Vegtables to this sauce material and cook it for 4-5 mins.
  • Serve Hot.
