Ingridents:
1/2 cup Cabbage 3-4 French beans(slantly)
1 Capsicum (Long strips) 1/2 Carrot(Long strips)
1 Onion (Round rings) 2 1/2 cup Boiled Noddles
Salt to taste 4 tlsp. Vinegar
50 gms. Sugar 1 cup Water
2 tlsp. Cornflour 4 tlsp. ketchup
2 tlsp oil 3-4 Garlic
Method:
- Divide the Boiled noodles in 4 parts and deep fry 3 parts.
- Take a oil in a pan fry Onions, garlic paste & add French beans, Carrot and cook it well.
- Then add Capsicum, Cabbage, Salt in it & cook it till it tendees.
- Now keep it aside and prepare a sauce in a pan.
- Put Vinegar, Sugar, Water, Cornflour, ketchup, Soy sauce in a pan & cook it till it gets thicks.
- Now add 1 part of Noddles in it & saute it well.
- Finally add vegaetables to sauce material.
- Put fried noodles in a bowl and pour the above prepared mixture over it & serve hot.
