Pizza Base

Ingredients


2 cup Maida
1 tlsp Yeast
1 tlsp Oil/Butter
Water (mild warm)

Steps:

  • Dissolve yeast in 1/4th cup water.
  • Sieve maida, add 1/4th tsp salt, oil & above prepared yeast water to make a dough.
  • Now prepare a dough with mild warm water.
  • Keep it for 5-6 hrs.(so that it gets double in size).
  • Make small balls, roll it with rolling pin & prick it with the help of fork.
  • Bake it in a hot oven for 7-8 min in bottom.(150 degree Celcius)

  2. yes, home made pizza base can be preserved in Frezze for atleat 1 month.
